"How do I find out which type of bond I need to pay?"

You can find out bail information for a defendant by using the Travis County Inmate Search or the Austin Police Department Inmate Search. The bond information should appear under each charge.

“What if there is no bond information available?”

If no bond information is made available to the public, it simply mean that a bond has not yet been set. Call Around the Clock Bail Bonds at (512) 476-5245, and we will check the status of the bond for you. Once the bail bond has been set, we will immediately notify you.

“How do I pay a cash bond in Travis County?”

There are two methods to pay cash bonds in Travis County:

  1. Bring the FULL and exact cash amount to the Travis County Sheriff’s Office. Be mindful that the Travis County Sheriff’s Office CANNOT provide you with change.
  2. Write a money order or cashier’s check made out to the Travis County Sheriff’s Office.

“Where do I pay a bail bond in Travis County?”

All bail bonds in Travis County must be made in the Sheriff’s office in either the Travis County Criminal Justice Center, or at the Travis County Correctional Complex at Del Valle. The location of each are listed below:
